Massage & MFR Care at Home

Massage & MFR Care at Home provides specialist therapeutic massage for people who are home bound or living with reduced mobility. The service is designed for older clients who may find travel difficult or those with neurological conditions, illness, injury or recovery from surgery. All treatments are delivered in the safety and comfort of your own home, with care adapted to each individual’s physical needs.

I specialise in working with neurological and complex health conditions including Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke recovery, acquired brain injury and post-operative rehabilitation. Treatments focus on improving comfort, easing muscular tension, supporting circulation and promoting relaxation — helping clients maintain quality of life and body awareness during periods of limited mobility.

Sessions are gentle, respectful, and paced around fatigue levels, pain tolerance and medical considerations. Where appropriate, I work alongside family members, carers, physios or existing care plans to ensure treatment remains safe and supportive. The aim is not cosmetic massage, but meaningful therapeutic care that supports wellbeing, dignity and independence.

DBS and HSC3 Qualified. Professional focus includes palliative care, brain injury, rehabilitation, assistive technology and neurological conditions.
