Narrative sessions offer a space to speak, reflect and make sense of your experiences in your own way.
These sessions are not about diagnosis, labels, or fixing. They are about giving your story room to be heard — whether that is spoken, written or simply explored together over time.
Sometimes we carry experiences that have never been fully expressed. Other times, we know what has happened but not how it has shaped us. Narrative work allows you to begin connecting those pieces, at your own pace.
You may bring:
- Life experiences that feel unresolved
- Emotional patterns you don’t fully understand
- Periods of change, loss or transition
- A desire to reflect more deeply on your life story or a part of it
There is no pressure to “perform” or present your story in a certain way. You can speak freely, pause, return to things later or explore through writing if that feels easier.
My role is to hold a steady, respectful space where your narrative can unfold safely. This includes listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions where helpful and supporting you in noticing patterns, meaning and personal context.
These sessions can support:
- Processing experiences at your own pace
- Gaining clarity and perspective
- Reconnecting with your own voice
- Making sense of complex or layered life events
A set of three sessions can offer a natural structure — a beginning, middle and end to a piece of your story — allowing space to explore, deepen and gently bring things together.
