We have launched our NHS discount day every Friday for relaxation treatments for £25 inc Reflexology, Back and Neck massage and Indian Head massage to all NHS staff.

Please provide proof of your NHS staff ID at your appointment. Please book in advance to secure your time within the contact page

We advocate a mask wearing policy during our time together. Please rest assured every precaution is taken to minimise risk and hygiene is at maximum clinical standard

Maskne solution - use a KN95 mask that is made of antibacterial material and fits tightly for maximum safety, but also less skin friction to reduce breakouts

Opening is dependant on low rates of transmission being confirmed and maintained in London and an effective track and trace system being implemented that gives us local data for ensuring our time together is not part of a transmission chain. Having spent a significant portion of my career in clinical health care I will be implementing stringent public health practices for safety and health. You will be asked a few questions prior to your appointment to ensure we are working together safely.

Risk assessments, disposable items and sterilisation are already in place and will be expanded upon where necessary. Lash and Facial services will include further assessment and adaption methods to minimise risk. Our environment is well ventilated and all areas are sanitised between clients. Our service will progress with the public health needs at the core of its delivery and we will stop service in the event of further isolation needs.

We promote emotional health and endorse practices that help our minds to stay optimistic during this unusual and uncertain time. We encourage the neurologically proven practice of gratitude focus in order to train our brains away from its natural negativity bias. A practice of gratitude can be built using a diary to find 5 -10 things we are grateful for each day. With so much negative news all around we need to consciously practice this habit to bring much needed balance.

With 28 years of therapy experience and a specialism in Myofascial Release (the John Barnes method) alongside a background in neurological long term care with standards of clinical practice, you can rest assured that your health and well being are my priority.
